Use this exercise guide to lead a group through a “stakeholder mapping” conversation in which they will identify audiences for communications and prioritize which audiences should be the focus of their communications effort.

5B.B. Identifying stakeholder objectives and success measures
Use this exercise guide to lead a group discussion to identify communications objectives for each of your priority audiences, and to generate ideas for how to measure whether those objectives have been achieved.

5B.C. Message crafting
Use this worksheet to craft messages for each of your priority audiences. The worksheet includes tips and prompting questions to help make your messages informative, persuasive, and relevant to each audience.

5B.D. Communications planning
Use this worksheet to create a strong communications plan with milestones and actions. For each communications milestone use the worksheet to think through a set of key questions, including the communications vehicles you can use to reach each audience. This can be done individually or in a small group. Includes a quick guide to identifying communications vehicles for each audience.
